Return Policy

Returns - Returned products must be shipped back to our warehouse address within 30 days of date of receipt. Please include a copy of your original invoice.

All returns must be received in NEW, unused condition with all manufacturer tags and original packaging intact. If a returned item has been used, altered or damaged in any way, Race Rooms Skis maintains the right to refuse the return. In such a case, the item will be shipped back to your shipping address with no refund.

Returns that are missing the manufacturers packaging or tags or include damaged manufacturing packaging or tags may be subject to a 20% (of full product price) restocking fee. This restocking fee will be levied at the discretion of the Race Room Skis returns department.

If you feel you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately. Defective products must be returned within the timeframe and standards of the product manufacturer’s warranty.

Gift Cards are not eligible for returns.

CANCELLATIONS/REVISIONS - If you need to cancel or revise an order, please call us as soon as possible. We try to process and ship orders quickly, so please understand that once an order has gone to shipping it cannot be cancelled. You still may do a return at that point (see above).

REFUSED PACKAGES/ADDRESS ADJUSTMENTS - If you choose to “refuse” a shipment from Race Room Skis, you will be charged the full amount we are charged from the shipping company for shipping the item back to us. In addition, a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged toward the item sent back. If an address needs to be adjusted mid-shipment, we are charged a fee from the shipping company. We will bill your account for the matching amount.
